We are aware that the issue with the DNS of some of the circuits we provide is having issues again. We are working with the provider to resolve this and will give another update as soon as we have more information.
We have recently started seeing similar activity as was occurring on 02/04. This has been reported back to our network teams for further investigation. This has been kept open in the background as it is believed to be linked to a global DNS amplification attack being broadcast at multiple networks. Further updates to follow within an hour. Please note that we are aware of the issue and tickets do not need to be raised, all the latest information will be provided in these updates as soon as they become available.
As this is identified as a DNS issue a work around would be to set your computers local DNS to google using Preferred 8.8.8.8 and Alternate 8.8.4.4
